​The group focuses on healthcare financing, cost-effectiveness analysis of healthcare interventions, assessment of health outcomes, and analysis of health policies and their impacts.  The group also aims to identify strategies to improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery systems, ensuring that limited resources are allocated optimally to maximize health outcomes for the population in Jordan, regionally, and worldwide. Another key aim is to generate evidence that can inform healthcare policy decisions at the national and regional levels. Furthermore, it aims to build capacity in the field of health economics and health policy research by training students and researchers in relevant methodologies and techniques. This may include offering courses, workshops, and research opportunities for students interested in these areas.
